Brazil
Brazil is a popular favorite for good reason: it's just easy to love.
The flavor is deliciously smooth, with medium body and medium acidity. Nothing is pushed too far in any direction, so every cup comes out balanced and approachable. We roast this single origin Full City, our light roast, which keeps that smoothness front and center.
It's the coffee to reach for when you want something dependable every morning, the kind that works black, with milk, or in a big pot shared around the table. If you're just starting to explore single origins, Brazil is a comfortable first step.
Brazil is also one of the three coffees in our Exciting Origins Adventure Pack, alongside Costa Rica and Mexico, so you can compare it with two other light roasted origins.
On its own, Brazil comes in a 12 oz or 5 lb bag, sent as whole beans or ground for drip, a paper cone or a French press.
