Our Classic Cold Brew Blend is designed specifically for cold brewing, combining coffees from Thailand and Nicaragua to create a smooth, naturally sweet cup with low perceived acidity. Notes of milk chocolate, graham cracker, and raspberry make it rich enough to enjoy on its own while remaining balanced over ice or with milk.

Each 12 oz bag comes pre-ground to the coarseness we recommend for cold brew, taking the guesswork out of preparation. One bag can produce approximately 1.5 gallons of ready-to-drink cold brew when brewed at our recommended 1:15 ratio.

Made for easy cold brew: Simply combine the coffee with cold, filtered water, steep, strain, and chill. Brew it at 1:15 for a ready-to-drink batch or use a stronger 1:5 ratio to create a concentrate that can be diluted with water or milk.
