Colombia Black Condor

Single Origin

Colombia Black Condor is a fully washed coffee from a community-focused project in Tolima, Colombia. The project works with 86 farmers to grow and process cleaner coffees with fewer defects. Black Condor is grown at high altitudes, producing a complex and flavorful coffee with notes of kiwi, candied orange, toasted almond, and a subtle acidity. It has a medium body and smooth finish, perfect for both espresso and filter brewing methods.

The project maintains a stable price for the farmers, allowing them to continue growing and improving their methods without the financial worry of market changes. By choosing Black Condor, you are not only enjoying a delicious cup of coffee, but you are also supporting a sustainable project that helps farmers improve their methods and achieve success in their community.
