Shake or whisk it into milk for a creamy latte, pour it over ice for an afternoon refresher, or blend it into smoothies.

How to make it: Add 1–2 teaspoons to a splash of warm water and whisk until smooth, then top with 8 oz of hot or iced milk. Adjust to taste.
