Guatemala is a rich single origin with chocolate running underneath it.

In the cup it's medium to full in body and rich in flavor, with chocolate undertones. We roast it Full City, our light roast, so the chocolate notes come from the coffee itself rather than from a dark roast.

It's the kind of coffee that works for almost anyone: rich enough for people who like a fuller cup, but still a light roast. Try it black, then with a splash of milk, and see which way you like it best. It's a dependable pick for a morning pot that has to please a whole table, and the chocolate side makes it a natural with breakfast pastries.

If you enjoy comparing origins, Guatemala pairs nicely with our other light roasted single origins like Costa Rica and Mexico.

Guatemala comes in 12 oz and 5 lb bags. Choose whole bean, or ask us to grind it for your drip machine, pour over cone or French press.
