Java Estate
Java Estate is a single origin with a little spice to it.
It's medium bodied and slightly acidic, with a hint of earthy spice that gives every cup some character. We roast it Full City, our light roast, so the spice and the brightness both have room to show.
It's a nice change of pace if your usual coffee is smooth and simple and you want something with a bit more going on, without jumping to a heavy, dark cup. Try it black first to catch the earthy notes, then see how it does with a splash of milk.
If you like exploring origins, compare it with another Indonesian coffee, our full bodied Sumatra, which leans heavier and more chocolatey.
