Lapdog Roast – Ethiopian Light-Medium Roast Coffee
Bright, lively, and full of character — Lapdog Roast is our light-medium roasted Ethiopian coffee that brings vibrant fruit notes and a clean, refreshing finish to every cup.
This coffee comes from the Guji region of Ethiopia, specifically the Benti Neka washing station, where smallholder farmers grow coffee at high elevations and process it using the traditional washed method. The result is a beautifully balanced coffee with sparkling clarity and delicate sweetness.
In the cup, Lapdog Roast delivers notes of apricot, citrus, and tropical fruit, layered over a smooth body with a crisp, bright finish. It’s the kind of coffee that wakes up your senses without overpowering them — lively, flavorful, and incredibly drinkable.
