This medium roast Colombian-origin coffee has a nutty-sweet and caramel flavor. The lightness and energy that this coffee gives you will draw you closer to Saint John Paul II's adventurous spirit and who knows, you may find yourself in the heart of the mountains by the end of the day!

Grower: Smallholder farmers from Medellin

Process: Fully washed and dried in solar dryers to protect the coffee from rain.

Coffee is ethically sourced and roasted on a made-to-order basis from Temecula, California.
