  • Augusta's Organic Breakfast — a Certified Organic medium roast from the Chirinos cooperative in Cajamarca, Peru, with cherry, citrus and milk chocolate. Balanced enough for drip, press pot or espresso.
  • Brazil Decaf — medium roast from our family's farms in Brazil's Sul de Minas region, with marzipan, chocolate and mellow fruit. Decaffeinated by the Swiss Water® Process, which is 100% chemical-free, so the after-dinner cup tastes like the morning one.

Both are part of our Family Line, named for the people who shaped our coffee story. Our family has grown coffee in Brazil since 1890, and everything here is farm-direct — traceable to named farms and cooperatives, not a commodity lot. Meet Chirinos, the 867-member Peruvian cooperative behind Augusta's.
