Phoenix70 Pourover Coffee Dripper

A framework for the brew

The Phoenix70 is our minimalist approach to brewing coffee, built around the fundamentals of geometry. It is a framework to support a paper filter, leaving the paper and coffee bed at the center of the design.

Together, the framework and filter create a 70° brew column. Its taller, narrower shape changes the path water takes through the coffee bed, giving the geometry of the brew a deliberate place in your preparation.

The paper matters

Use Dual Wall Perfect Paper Filters, which are designed for the Phoenix70. Grind, dose and pouring still matter; the framework gives you a particular shape to work with, not a promise that every coffee will brew the same way.

Meet the maker

Saint Anthony Industries

Saint Anthony Industries is one of 100+ independent American makers on Roast'n. Buy straight from them — not Amazon, not the corporate giants — and your order ships direct from the source: fresh, small-batch, with more of your money going to the people who actually make it.

Brew it your way

Get the most from these beans

  • Pour over

1:16 ratio, medium grind, bloom 30s, ~3 min total.

  • French press

1:15 ratio, coarse grind, steep 4 min, press slow.

  • Espresso

18g in, ~36g out, fine grind, 25–30s shot.

  • Cold brew

1:8 ratio, coarse grind, steep 12–18 hrs, dilute.

Direct from the maker — never the corporate middle.

Thanks for Backing Independents
