West Guji - Ethiopian Single Origin

West Guji

Process: Natural | Origin: West Guji, Ethiopia
Tasting Notes: Stone Fruit, Blueberry, Nougat

250g or 1kg bags available – Tax Included – Whole Bean

This radiant single origin comes to us from Mulugeta Ayele’s farm in the highlands of West Guji, Ethiopia. Produced with care and precision, this natural process coffee is bursting with juicy fruit character—bright blueberry, stone fruit, and citrusy yuzu layered over a delicate sweetness and floral lift.

Mulugeta’s 13-hectare farm sits at 1,900–2,000 meters and has been recognized as one of the top coffee producers in Ethiopia. His commitment to quality and sustainability shines in every lot.

This single origin is a perfect match for the Incline Series—elevated, expressive, and versatile across brew methods.

This coffee is versatile and works well with all brewing methods.
